"I was in a very serious accident with injuries. Every claims representative and adjuster I spoke with were patient, personable and geniune; very customer service oriented! "I’ve been with State Farm for years and in the beginning I wasn’t too pleased with how my monthly payment was going higher and higher every month without explanation. However, I was able to contact Kayla Wilbourn directly with my concern and she was able to provide me with a breakdown of the issue. I recently had a car accident and she’s been fantastic to work with! She’s remained kind, helpful and PATIENT with me throughout the entire duration of my claim! She would jump right into action when I called with any questions or concerns. She made sure I didn’t blame myself for the constant delays and multiple calls due to Joe Hudson’s incompetency! She’s always told me, “whenever you need anything, you just call”! And she has stood on that! SHE IS TRULY THE BEST!!"
